Black Girl Tech Day: South Africa

We are excited to announce we are hosting our 2nd Black Girl Tech Day event series in South Africa on July 23rd, 2022, at The University of Pretoria. This event will teach and inspire the next generation of Black female founders in tech. This full-day immersive conference will offer a robust curriculum, covering topics from establishing your place in the industry to funding and mentorship. BGTD has an extensive network of industry-leading professionals that will be available to support and guide you through your startup journey. If you are interested in joining this community of founders, please register.

“We need to ensure women enter the male-dominated tech industry by giving them the necessary skills and networking opportunities and helping them develop the confidence that they can do it. It is great to see other women who have made the breakthrough commit to working with those who aspire to enter the field.”
